If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Crefiya.

1. Overview

Crefiya provides browser-based tools for creating scripted videos, including AI-assisted script writing, teleprompter controls, screen and camera layouts, AI visual generation, content storage, and local recording tools. These Terms govern your access to and use of Crefiya, including the website, Studio, credit packs, AI features, and related services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Crefiya. You are responsible for the information you provide, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Studio Access and Credit Packs

Crefiya may offer paid credit packs. Purchasing a credit pack unlocks Studio access for your account and adds the stated number of credits to your account balance. Credits are used for AI generation features such as scripts, titles, transcription, images, and other compute-based actions.

Credits remain available while your account is active and the service is available, subject to these Terms. Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value account, and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

4. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, credit amounts, taxes, and any fees are shown at checkout. Unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise, purchases are one-time purchases and are not recurring subscriptions.

All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved by Crefiya. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with the relevant account and transaction details.

5. AI Features and Generated Output

Crefiya uses AI systems to help generate or transform text, images, transcripts, and related creative assets. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

Crefiya is designed around AI-powered workflows and may use different AI providers, models, or routing over time to improve quality, speed, cost, reliability, or availability.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, write, record, or generate through Crefiya, subject to any rights held by third parties and the rights granted in these Terms. You grant Crefiya a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and modify your content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for content you upload, record, or publish, including rights related to people, voices, likenesses, brands, music, images, screen content, and confidential information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Crefiya to:

• violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right;
• upload or generate content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, exploitative, or unlawful;
• impersonate others or misrepresent the source, sponsorship, or approval of content;
• attempt to access another user's account, content, systems, or data without permission;
• interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass limitations of the service;
• use Crefiya to create malware, facilitate fraud, or support harmful activity.

8. Recording, Storage, and Downloads

Some Crefiya recording features run locally in your browser and may depend on your device, browser, storage permissions, media permissions, and hardware performance. You are responsible for confirming that recordings, downloads, and exports are complete and suitable for your intended use.

Cloud storage and library features may be subject to limits, maintenance, outages, and data retention practices. You should keep your own backups of important scripts, recordings, images, and project assets.

9. Third-Party Services

Crefiya may depend on third-party services for payments, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, AI generation, and other functions. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage limits, and availability constraints. Crefiya is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

10. Intellectual Property

Crefiya and its software, branding, design, features, documentation, and related materials are owned by Crefiya or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Crefiya's intellectual property.

11. Service Changes and Availability

Crefiya may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, pricing, credit costs, supported models, storage behavior, access rules, and availability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Crefiya at any time. Crefiya may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service unlawfully. After termination, access to Studio features, credits, and stored content may be unavailable.

13. Disclaimers

Crefiya is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crefiya disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crefiya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost content, business interruption, or cost of substitute services. Crefiya's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Crefiya in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crefiya harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Crefiya's business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
