See yourself on screen
Open the Studio. You'll start in Creation Mode. If you see your face in the middle, Task 1 is done!
Level 1: The Basics
The Problem: Recording a reaction video usually means juggling OBS, managing messy windows, and spending hours editing yourself over the content.
The Solution: Crefiya's Presenter Mode handles the layout instantly in your browser. Let's record your first one-take reaction in under 15 minutes.
Open the Studio. You'll start in Creation Mode. If you see your face in the middle, Task 1 is done!
Click the "Share Screen" button in the bottom bar. Pick a YouTube tab or any video you want to talk about.
Click the "Presenter" button at the very top. Your face will magically turn into a circle floating over the video!
Use your mouse to drag your floating circle to any corner of the screen so it doesn't block the video.
Click the PiP icon in the bottom bar to hide or show your face whenever you want.
Click "Creation" at the top. Click in the big box on the left and type a few notes about the video.
Hover your mouse over the screen. Click the "Formatting Settings" icon and adjust the Text Size until your notes are big enough to read.
Click the "Script" icon (the page) in the bottom bar to hide your notes when you want people to see just the video.
Crefiya checks your setup before recording begins. If your mic mute is on, camera is disabled, or script is empty, you'll see a friendly warning with the option to fix it or record anyway.
Press Record (or just hit Space). A 3 — 2 — 1 countdown appears — press Esc if you need to cancel. Talk to the video. When done, press Backspace (or click Stop) and click "Done." You did it!
Press ? anytime to see all recording hotkeys. Space = start/pause/resume. Backspace = stop & save. Shift+Backspace = discard and redo. Enter = quick start. Shift+Space works even while typing your script!
